CrowdStrike is seeking a Specialist at our Pune office to manage the procurement lifecycle, vendor relationships, and support business needs through effective purchasing strategies. You will drive requisitions, PO creation, vendor evaluation, and ensure compliant processes.

The role emphasizes cost-saving through spend analysis, budgeting, and collaboration with finance and legal for contracts. This office-based role in Kharadi, Pune runs 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of procurement experience.
• Experience with full requisition-to-payment processes.
• Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the complete procurement process from requisition to purchase order creation and management.
• Identify and evaluate vendors, analyse quotes from a TCO perspective, and validate pricing.
• Negotiate favourable terms and conditions to secure optimal pricing.
• Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and procurement documentation in company systems.
• Process purchase requisitions in a timely manner and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist Accounts Payable and business owners with invoice reconciliation and payment issues.
• Support contract reviews and renewals in coordination with legal and business stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage procurement budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities through spend analysis.
• Generate regular procurement reports and contribute to KPI tracking and MIS activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement efficiencies in the procurement process to enhance productivity.
