Qualifications

  • Ability to interpret healthcare financial metrics such as days in accounts receivable, denial rates and collection effectiveness.
  • Experience with hybrid work models and healthcare product applications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily healthcare product workflows within revenue cycle management operations to ensure accurate patient registration, billing, coding and payment posting.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex revenue cycle issues such as claim denials, underpayments and delayed reimbursements.
  • Analyze operational and financial data related to healthcare product performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Execute SOPs for charge capture, claim submission and follow up on outstanding accounts while maintaining high quality and compliance.
  • Monitor status of outstanding claims and accounts receivable to improve cash flow and reduce aging.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in a hybrid environment to clarify documentation requirements and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Apply knowledge to validate configuration input parameters and workflow logic for multiple client scenarios.
  • Provide detailed case documentation for revenue cycle activities including root cause analysis and outcomes.
  • Support process enhancements recommended by quality and analytics teams.
  • Adhere to night shift schedules and SLAs to ensure reliable client support.
