Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Spark/Scala Data Engineer to design and optimize scalable data pipelines for batch and real-time processing. You will build ETL/ELT workflows, ensure data quality, and collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.

You'll work with Spark, Scala, Hadoop/Hive, Kafka, and cloud platforms, monitoring and tuning applications to improve efficiency, scalability, and stability in a fast-paced analytics

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of relevant experience in data engineering or analytics.
• Strong foundation in Spark/Scala and data pipeline development.
• Experience with Hadoop/Hive/HBase and data warehousing concepts.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms and CI/CD practices.
