Job Title: Spare Parts Item Control Administrator

Technical Skills

• Maintenance of item master data (MDM): Supplier, lead time, prices and quantities
• Data analysis, price maintenance, supply chain, BOM, change management
• Advanced Excel, ERP (JDE Edwards preferred), Power BI

Role & Responsibilities

As a Spare Parts Item Administrator, you play a key role within Vanderlande’s service business. You initiate the process and enable the organization to sell spare parts, proactively inquiring and managing commercial & logistical information of spare parts from suppliers.

Your strong analytical skills, ability to set priorities and make decisions are crucial for achieving your goals. You will work closely with suppliers worldwide.

• Accuracy in your work and systematic thinking in routine tasks and data quality improvements.
• Improving processes and tooling from conceptual design to detailed execution.
• Build relationships based on trust, persuasiveness and impact.
• Teamwork, aiming for quality, but respecting local cultures.
