Job Title: Manager - SOX

Department: Audit and Compliance

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 6-11 Years

Diploma: B.com/ MBA / Chartered Accountant (CA) or any equivalent

Requirements

• Design and implement SOX compliance programs for global financial services, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, risk assessments, and control matrices to support SOX compliance.
• Conduct audits and reviews of financial processes and controls, identifying areas for improvement and implementing remediation plans.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and technology teams, to ensure effective implementation of SOX controls.
• Develop and deliver training programs to employees on SOX compliance, policies, and procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SOX compliance in a global financial services organization, preferably with a Big Four accounting firm or a multinational corporation.
• Knowledge of COBIT, COSO, and other relevant frameworks for IT and financial control environments.
• Familiarity with audit and compliance tools, such as ACL, SAP, or Oracle, and experience with data analytics and visualization.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements, including SOX, GDPR, and AML, and experience with compliance reporting and metrics.
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, including auditors, accountants, and compliance professionals, and experience with project management and stakeholder management.
