A leading furniture company in India seeks an experienced sales professional responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies in South India. The role requires building relationships with key accounts and ensuring high customer satisfaction while driving sales initiatives. Candidates should have over 15 years of experience in the office furniture or commercial interior sector, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to analyze market competition. This is a full-time position focused on achieving sales targets.
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad(Responsible for region – South India)

Responsibilities:
(1)Developing and implementing sales strategies.
(2)Analyzing the market competition and developing the strategy to close the deal.
(3)Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
(4)Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
(5)Driving sales initiatives and achieving desired targets with overall responsibility of return on investment and exploring marketing with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and improved the market share.
(6)Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building & market development effort.
(7)Building and strengthening relationships with key accounts, opinion leaders, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing complete product support.
(8)Conducting Market research to know the upcoming industrial/commercial area /Prospective target market.
(9)Evaluating marketing campaigns.
(10)Generate enquiries through corporate / Commercial/ Industrial / Prospective, market visits.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit.
Requirements:
(1)Experience in Office Furniture or Commercial Interior with dealing with any of the top 5 related brands.
(2)More than 15 Years of experience in related experience.
(3)Develop dealer network and showroom experience center establishment.
(4)Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, and they have a deep understanding of sales processes, customer behaviors and market trends.
