- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality 2 Wheeler spare parts from suppliers (distributors and wholesalers)
- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to maintain a reliable and diverse supply chain.
- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all sourced spare parts meet our quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Inventory Management: Work closely on inventory management to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
- Cost Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality or service levels.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform sourcing decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sourcing strategies with marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Reporting: Generate reports and analyze data to track sourcing performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sourcing activities.
Qualifications
