Job description
Responsibilities
  • Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets through B2B and B2C sales calls, leveraging a strong network of Channel Partners (CP) and existing customers to achieve set targets.
  • Consistently build on the CP network to acquire new business and manage clients in collaboration with them, conducting regular meetings with CPs for engagement and empanelment.
  • Perform quarterly reviews of CPs, including actual achievement versus targets, qualitative factors, and process improvements, while fostering client relationships.
  • Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements, possessing in-depth product knowledge (including micro‑level project details) and communicating it effectively to prospects.
  • In collaboration with the Team Lead, meet prospects, organize and conduct site visits, and strive to establish strong client relationships with the aim of converting proposals to definite status.
  • Play a key role during various stages of customer engagement until delivery, providing support for query resolution and maintaining industry awareness.
  • Keep abreast of competitor details—including price movements, construction activity, key trends, and market dynamics—while networking effectively with peer teams and industry contacts; liaison with other departments for deeper product knowledge and team collaboration.
  • Support peer teams for effective deal closure, ensuring required documents (legal agreements, billing, credit, etc.) are in place and monitoring collections for designated accounts.
  • Coordinate with various departments (Customer Care, Sales Peer Teams, etc.) to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records for designated accounts and share regular updates with the Team Lead and Segment Head.
  • Adhere to SFDC and lead‑tracking mechanisms as required.
  • Ensure the highest standards of compliance with Lodha Group’s policies, processes, and value structure.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a sourcing sales profile.
  • Education: At least 60% or above in SSC or HSC and 60% or above in Graduation or Post‑Graduation; candidates who do not meet this criterion will not be considered.
  • Stability: Minimum 2‑year stability required in every organization worked for.
  • Strong verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.
