Job summary

Syneos Health in Hyderabad, India is seeking a Sourcing Associate to support the day-to-day management of the global travel program. You will aid travelers, coordinate with vendors, and ensure policy compliance across Concur and Cytric systems.

You will also generate standard reports, maintain trackers, and assist in hotel program management, data validation, and process improvements to enhance traveler experience and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Travel Operations & Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for travel-related inquiries and issues, including: Booking errors, Ticketing issues, Policy-related questions, Travel tool navigation support (Concur & Cytric)
• Travel Operations & Issue Resolution: Support troubleshooting within Concur Travel (including New Concur Travel) and expedite technical issues when needed
• Travel Operations & Issue Resolution: Coordinate with BCD Travel to resolve service delivery issues
• Travel Operations & Issue Resolution: Monitor and track recurring issues and identify trends
• Travel Operations & Issue Resolution: Maintain issue logs and resolution trackers
• Travel Operations & Issue Resolution: Respond to employee inquiries regarding: Travel policy, Booking process, Travel tools and resources
• Travel Operations & Issue Resolution: Support traveler communications related to policy updates, process changes, and travel program initiatives
• Reporting & Data Support: Extract and prepare standard reports from BCD DecisionSource and Concur
• Reporting & Data Support: Maintain operational trackers and reporting dashboards
• Reporting & Data Support: Perform basic data validation to support reporting accuracyAssist with travel compliance
• Program Support: Assist in managing the preferred hotel program
• Program Support: Help monitor hotel compliance and preferred supplier adoption
• Program Support: Track rate loading issues and hotel availability gaps
• Program Support: Support audits of negotiated rates versus booked rates
• Program Support: Maintain supplier issue logs and follow up on resolutions when required
• System Administration Support: Assist with traveler profile maintenance in Concur
• System Administration Support: Support user access requests and basic system administration activities
• System Administration Support: Assist in testing and validation of system updates, enhancements, and configuration changes
• System Administration Support: Maintain user guides, FAQs, and process documentation
• Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring operational issues and process inefficiencies

Job Responsibilities

Travel Operations Role

Overview: Support the day-to-day execution and operational management of the company’s global travel program. Provide support to employees experiencing travel-related issues, assist with travel system administration, supplier program support, and travel policy compliance.

This is a highly operational and service-focused role, acting as a key liaison between travelers, BCD Travel, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

Travel Operations & Issue Resolution
