Job summary

SmartBear is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support enterprise customers adopting BugSnag, delivering technical demonstrations, and assisting with proofs of concept. You will work closely with Account Executives to understand customer needs, demonstrate capabilities, and guide evaluations through the product journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Software Engineering, QA, or a customer-facing technical role.
• Knowledge of software development fundamentals and debugging techniques.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• A curious mindset with a passion for learning new technologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, and Engineering
