Job summary

Searce Inc. is seeking an experienced Security Solutions Architect to lead cloud security strategy across multi-cloud and hybrid environments. You will translate business and regulatory needs into secure, scalable cloud architectures and drive AI-enabled SecOps initiatives.

This customer-facing role requires deep experience in Google Cloud Security, CNAPP technologies (Wiz preferred), and a proven ability to deliver secure, compliant cloud solutions for complex enterprises.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience across cybersecurity, cloud security, security architecture, consulting, or security solutioning.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Security and ability to architect and position security capabilities in customer environments.
• Hands-on experience with CNAPP/CSPM technologies, preferably Wiz.
• Solid understanding of cloud security architecture across IaaS, PaaS, containers, Kubernetes, and hybrid environments.
• Experience designing security solutions for complex enterprise environments, including regulated industries.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex security concepts to technical, business, and executive stakeholders.

Solutions Architect: Cloud Security

As a Forward-Deployed Solver (FDS), you are the technical architect of trust. You lead the design and execution of cloud infrastructures that are not only AI-powered but inherently resilient and "secure-by-design." You translate complex risk postures into automated, high-performance architectural realities.

We are looking for an experienced Security Solutions Architect / Senior Security Solutions Architect to drive security solutioning across complex cloud, hybrid, and multi-cloud customer environments.

This is a customer-facing solution architecture role operating at the intersection of cloud security, cybersecurity transformation, compliance, pre-sales solutioning, and delivery readiness. The architect will work closely with customers, sales, practice leaders, OEM partners, and delivery teams to understand business and security challenges and translate them into technically robust, commercially viable, and executable security solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Architect the Autonomous Multi-Cloud Defense Blueprint: Design, govern, and own end-to-end multi-cloud and hybrid security frameworks. Translate complex business, risk, and regulatory demands into scalable target-state architectures, actionable transformation roadmaps, and resilient cloud-native blueprints.
• Pioneer Enterprise Google Cloud & CNAPP Innovation: Architect and demonstrate advanced Google Cloud Security capabilities integrated natively with market-leading CNAPP platforms like Wiz. Build dynamic cloud security postures, attack-path analyses, and automated workload protection models that integrate directly into wider enterprise operating models.
• Reimagine SecOps with AI-Driven Automation: Modernize legacy security operations by designing next-gen SIEM/SOAR architectures, security data onboarding strategies, and threat detection engines. Drive platform consolidation and implement AI-enabled workflows to automate triage, accelerate incident response, and reduce operational friction.
• Engineered Compliance & Continuous Governance: Translate global and regional regulatory mandates—including GDPR, India DPDP, RBI/IRDAI, and Middle East/APAC frameworks—into practical, automated architectural controls. Transform compliance from a point-in-time audit into a continuous, telemetry-driven posture management framework.
• Drive Pre-Sales Strategy & Deal Closure: Serve as the premier technical authority across the sales lifecycle. Partner with growth teams to conduct deep-dive discovery workshops, present and defend solution blueprints before CISOs and executive stakeholders, and build airtight, commercially viable Statements of Work (SOWs) that balance margin, risk, and delivery feasibility.
• Ensure Delivery Readiness & Commercial Governance: Validate architectural feasibility, scope, effort estimation, and key dependencies with engineering teams prior to customer sign-off. Lead structured sales-to-delivery handovers to eliminate rework, protect margins, and guarantee successful execution.
• Scale the Practice & Industrialize Reusable Assets: Build reusable reference architectures, SOW frameworks, pricing accelerators, and discovery playbooks to elevate the CSRE security portfolio. Drive joint go-to-market motions with technology partners and OEMs, while actively mentoring junior security architects and engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience designing security solutions for complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of modern security architecture concepts across Security Operations, SIEM/SOAR, IAM, data security, network security, vulnerability management, and cloud workload protection.
• Experience designing solutions for regulated industries such as BFSI, government/public sector, or healthcare.
• Working knowledge of security, privacy, compliance, and data sovereignty requirements across relevant geographies.
• Demonstrated experience in customer-facing technical discovery, architecture workshops, and solution presentations.
• Experience independently developing SOWs, technical proposals, effort estimates, and commercial solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts clearly to technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
