Job summary

AITEK Group is seeking an experienced AI Architect to define and govern scalable AI architecture across multiple products including social networking, CRM, marketing, and customer-support platforms. The role involves designing reference architectures, standards, and reusable patterns, and leading PoC initiatives.

We expect hands-on experience with major cloud AI services, LLMs, vector databases, and frameworks like LangChain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
• Experience with cloud AI/ML or enterprise-architecture certifications is preferred.
• Experience with CRM, customer experience, telecommunications, or digital transformation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise AI reference architectures, standards and reusable patterns.
• Architect Generative AI, LLM, RAG, vector-search, and multi-agent solutions.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms via APIs, microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Define cloud-native AI architecture using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Establish MLOps/LLMOps practices for deployment, monitoring and lifecycle governance.
• Implement responsible-AI, privacy, security, and human-oversight frameworks.
• Lead architecture workshops, technical assessments and PoC initiatives.
• Present roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• Design enterprise AI reference architectures, standards, and reusable patterns
• Architect Generative AI, LLM, RAG, vector-search, and multi-agent solutions
• Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms through APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
• Define cloud-native AI architecture using AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Establish MLOps/LLMOps practices for deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and lifecycle governance
• Implement responsible-AI, privacy, security, and human-oversight frameworks
• Lead architecture workshops, technical assessments, and proof-of-concept initiatives
• Present technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on knowledge of AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Azure OpenAI/AI Foundry, or GCP Vertex AI
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex
• Python, API, microservices, and event-driven architecture experience
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline
• Cloud AI/ML or enterprise-architecture certifications and experience with CRM, customer experience, telecommunications, or digital transformation are advantageous.
