Responsibilities

Design end-to-end cloud and hybrid solutions on AWS and Azure for public sector clients.
Develop reference architectures and governance frameworks for multi-account environments.
Architect secure, highly available, disaster recovery-enabled environments.
Lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, and solution presentations.
Prepare BoMs, technical proposals, and respond to RFPs/RFIs.

Position: Senior Solutions Architect – AWS Cloud

Experience: 5+ Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead pre-sales, solution design, and technical consulting engagements for Public Sector customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in cloud technologies, data center modernization, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, backup, and migration solutions. The role requires working closely with government departments, public sector undertakings (PSUs), utilities, education, healthcare, and smart city organizations to design secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end cloud and hybrid cloud solutions on AWS and Azure
Develop reference architectures for public sector digital transformation initiatives.
Architect highly available, secure, and disaster recovery-enabled environments.
Design landing zones, multi-account cloud environments, and governance frameworks.
Develop backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
Engage with government departments, PSUs, utilities, and enterprise customers.
Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct technical workshops, architecture discussions, and solution presentations.
Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, and bill of materials (BoM).
Support proof of concepts (PoCs), demonstrations, and customer evaluations.

Public Sector & RFP Management

Review RFPs, RFIs, and tenders.
Prepare technical compliance matrices and solution responses.
Collaborate with OEMs and internal teams for competitive proposals.
Ensure compliance with government standards and procurement requirements.
Design AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments. AWS Primary
Plan cloud migration strategies and modernization roadmaps.
Architect networking, security, identity, and disaster recovery solutions.
Optimize cloud costs and recommend licensing strategies.

Security & Compliance

Design Zero Trust and defense-in-depth security architectures.
Recommend IAM, encryption, SIEM, SOAR, endpoint security, and data protection solutions.
Ensure compliance with government and industry regulations.
Work closely with sales, delivery, OEM partners, and project management teams.
Support solution implementation and transition to delivery teams.
