Job summary

EXL is seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI solutions.

You will mentor technical teams, collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers, and ensure secure, governable deployments across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, solution architecture, or related technology roles.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI Agents.
• Hands-on knowledge of Python, APIs, vector databases, and enterprise system integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong team management, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in MLOps/LLMOps, scalable architecture, and enterprise AI deployments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional teams toward business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI/GenAI solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise requirements.
• Architect solutions leveraging LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI Agents, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Work with AI models and platforms such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, and Azure OpenAI.
• Lead solution design, technical POCs, and production deployments.
• Manage and mentor technical teams, drive collaboration, and ensure timely delivery of AI initiatives.
• Manage stakeholders across business and technology teams, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and communicate architectural decisions effectively.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, developers, and business leaders.
• Ensure scalability, security, governance, and performance of AI solutions.
• Drive technical strategy, solution innovation, and continuous improvement.
