Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Finance Partnering Manager in Global Finance to provide strategic financial partnership, insight, and leadership across business units. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or professional finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA).
• Exposure and experience working in a finance function, including providing financial partnership to a business area or team.
• Demonstrated financial knowledge and experience including analysis, evaluation, forecasting, strategic planning and decision making.
• Direct experience with financial software and systems.

• Design and Manage Business Intelligence and Reporting solution to enable Ad-hoc reporting.
• Demonstrating Cross function matrix navigation & management.
• People Development, Support development of a strong Finance Business Partnering organization.

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or professional finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA)
• Exposure and experience working in a finance function, including providing financial partnership to a business area or team
• Demonstrated financial knowledge and experience including analysis, evaluation, forecasting, strategic planning and decision making
• Direct experience with financial software and systems

Preferred

If you have the following, it would be a plus:

• MBA, preferably in Management, Finance or Accounting.
• Strong Analytics training or experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience managing or working with a global team and global stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and compare complex data from multiple sources
• Demonstrated ability to determine and communication the legal, financial and ethical interpretation of industry regulated principles
