Job summary

Techment Technology Inc, headquartered in Bhilai, is seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with 12–18 years in .NET and Azure to design scalable, secure enterprise apps. You will lead architecture, guide teams, and drive digital transformation across client engagements.

This role demands hands-on cloud-native development, microservices, and API-driven integration, with frequent collaboration with business stakeholders and a technology COE. US travel included.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in .NET development and architecture.
• Proficient in Azure cloud-native enterprise applications and services.
• Experience with microservice architectures, containers, and DevOps practices.
• Willing to travel to the USA for 2–4 weeks, twice a year, and possess a valid US visa (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design: develop high-level and detailed designs using .NET Core, C#, and related technologies.
• Cloud-Native Development: architect Azure-based enterprise applications leveraging Azure PaaS, serverless, containers, and microservices.
• Technical Leadership: mentor development teams, enforce best practices and architectural principles.
• Scalability & Performance: design high-availability, scalable, and performant applications.
• Enterprise Integration & APIs: define API strategies, RESTful services, GraphQL, and third-party integration.
• Security & Compliance: enforce security best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: align technology solutions with business goals with leadership and product teams.
• Technology Roadmaps & DevOps: define long-term tech strategies and implement DevOps practices.
• Code Governance & Quality Assurance: establish coding guidelines and conduct reviews.
• Mentorship & Team Development: train and mentor junior architects.

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with 12-18 years of expertise in .NET technologies and Azure cloud-native enterprise application architecture. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise software design, a strong architectural background, and the ability to drive digital transformation through innovative, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design: Develop high-level and detailed solution designs using .NET Core, C#, and related technologies.
• Cloud-Native Development: Architect Azure-based enterprise applications leveraging PaaS services, serverless computing, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices.
• Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
• Scalability & Performance Optimization: Design and implement high-availability, scalable, and performant applications.
• Enterprise Integration & APIs: Define API strategies, implement RESTful services, GraphQL, and ensure seamless integration with third-party applications.
• Security & Compliance: Enforce security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and development teams to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Technology Roadmaps & Best Practices: Define long-term technology strategies, select appropriate tools, and implement DevOps practices.
• Code Governance & Quality Assurance: Establish coding guidelines, conduct code reviews, and ensure code maintainability.
• Mentorship & Team Development: Train and mentor developers and junior architects to build a high-performing technical team.

Qualifications and Skills

• 12+ years of experience in .NET development using C#, .NET Core.
• Strong expertise in architectural design patterns and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud-native development, including Azure Functions, App Services, Kubernetes (AKS), Logic Apps, and API Management.
• Experience with microservice architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Terraform, GitHub Actions).
• Experience in Enterprise Integration Patterns, Event-driven architecture, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Should be willing to travel to the USA for 2-4 weeks at least twice a year.
• Candidate possessing valid US visa (nice to have).
• Should have prior experience working in Technology COE.
• Candidate to have prior experience building AI-native enterprise solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of AI/ML integration in .NET solutions.
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure.
• NVP Certified.
