Job summary

Tekskills Inc. Bengaluru seeks a Conversational AI Lead to drive chatbot initiatives. You will lead evaluation and selection of tools, frameworks, and platforms for building advanced conversational AI solutions.

You will design and implement AI/ML/NLP-based chatbots using LLMs, define best practices for scalable bot development, oversee API integrations with external systems (e.g., CRM), and apply NLU to improve user intent understanding and satisfaction.
