Position: Solution Analyst – Digital Transformation.

Location: Delhi (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Experience: 5 - 8 Years

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and solution-oriented professional to join our team as a Solution Analyst – Emerging Technologies & Government Transformation. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, researching, and conceptualizing innovative technology-driven solutions for the government sector.

This position requires a strong understanding of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision (CV), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI, along with hands-on experience in digital transformation projects within the public sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and create solution/concept documents for problem statements using emerging technologies in the government sector.
• Review and support validation of ideas and problem statements proposed in workshops and client engagements.
• Coordinate with clients for requirement gathering, understanding their current processes, and planning project initiation and implementation.
• Create solution documents based on desk research and successful case studies in the government sector.
• Evaluate potential usage of emerging technologies for the government sector and make recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and developments.
• Create and update a solution repository with metadata and present findings to internal stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in government or public sector digital transformation projects.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Good knowledge of AI, Gen-AI, CV, ML, and related emerging technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
