Qualifications

• 7 to 11 years of experience in full-lifecycle enterprise software implementation, specifically within supply chain or advanced planning systems.
• Deep knowledge of Demand Planning, forecasting techniques, consensus planning, forecast accuracy/bias, and S&OP.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full lifecycle of demand planning projects, taking complete ownership of solution architecture, detailed design, and delivery.
• Lead blueprinting discussions and own key architecture and design decisions. Recommend solution designs for complex customer use cases and pain points as a SME. Deliver high-quality design documentation and bridge gaps between client and configuration teams.
• Lead workshops, solution discussions, and executive stakeholder interactions to resolve business and technical issues. Support platform solutions and functional demos across teams.
• Develop deep mastery of the o9 platform to guide architecture decisions and design for high data volumes with performance monitoring.
• Champion practice development to cultivate internal talent and establish best practices across projects.

Job Title - Solution Architect-Demand Planning

An o9 Demand Planning Solution Architect partners with global enterprise executives to translate complex demand planning challenges across forecasting, consensus planning, forecast accuracy/bias and exception-based planning into scalable, high-performance digital solutions in the o9 platform, while mentoring implementation teams.

7 to 11 years of experience in full-lifecycle enterprise software implementation, specifically within supply chain or advanced planning systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Project Ownership Drive the full lifecycle of demand planning projects, taking complete ownership of solution architecture, detailed design, and delivery.
• Blueprinting & Solutioning Lead blueprinting discussions and own key architecture and design decisions. Recommend solution designs for complex customer use cases and pain points as a seasoned subject matter expert (SME). Evaluate solution options and recommend the best-fit architecture/design Design scalable, performant and maintainable solutions Deliver comprehensive solution design recommendations and maintain high-quality project documentation. Bridge the gap between the client and the configuration team, ensuring the solution is built precisely to the agreed design.
• Customer Interaction & Stakeholder Management Lead workshops, solution discussions, and executive stakeholder interactions to resolve business and technical issues. Drive and support comprehensive platform solutions and functional demos. Communicate effectively across business, technical, and executive audiences. Collaborate proactively with platform, product, R&D, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project deployment.
• Techno-functional expertise Develop deep mastery of the o9 platform and products to effectively guide architecture decisions across projects. Prioritize system performance by designing for high data volumes and instituting rigorous performance monitoring. Assess technical tradeoffs during solution discussions to recommend optimal implementation approaches.
• Practice Development Champion practice initiatives that cultivate internal talent, establish industry-leading best practices, and ensure the success of broader projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Supply Chain and Techno-functional Skills Deep knowledge of Demand Planning, including forecasting techniques, consensus planning, forecast accuracy/bias, and exception-based planning. End-to-end supply chain awareness, including Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Experience in SQL/data analysis, data models, integrations, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance-related discussions.
