Responsibilities

• Define and lead Hexagon EAM architecture, governance, and roadmaps.
• Design asset management solutions covering hierarchy, PM, reliability and spare parts planning.
• Architect integrations with MES, ERP, GIS, Inventory, Mobile, PLCs, SCADA, Historians, and Condition Monitoring systems.
• Connect maintenance operations with production planning and OEE monitoring.
• Lead discovery workshops, fit-gap analyses, solution design, deployment and hypercare.
• Drive asset reliability and operational excellence across plants.

Your Profile

• 12-15 years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Manufacturing IT, MES, Industrial Automation, or Digital Manufacturing environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Hexagon EAM and asset management solutions for asset-intensive industries.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end EAM implementations across Manufacturing, Utilities, Mining, Energy, Chemicals, or Process industries.
• Strong knowledge of asset hierarchy, equipment master data, maintenance strategy, preventive and predictive maintenance, inspections, reliability engineering, work order management, and spare parts management.
• Experience integrating Hexagon EAM with MES, ERP, GIS, Inventory Management, Mobile Applications, PLCs, SCADA Systems, Historians, and Condition Monitoring platforms.
• Experience in data migration, testing, deployment, cutover planning, go-live support, and hypercare activities.
• Strong expertise in enterprise solution architecture, integration design, security, performance optimization, and technical governance.

Your Role

• Define and lead enterprise Hexagon EAM architecture, governance frameworks, implementation methodologies, and transformation roadmaps.
• Design asset management solutions covering asset hierarchy, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, reliability, inspections, workforce management, and spare parts planning.
• Architect integrations with MES, ERP, Procurement, Inventory, GIS, Document Management, Mobile Solutions, PLCs, SCADA, Historians, and Condition Monitoring systems.
• Establish connectivity between maintenance operations and production execution, including work orders, equipment availability, downtime management, OEE monitoring, and production planning.
• Lead discovery workshops, business process assessments, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare support.
• Drive asset reliability and operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing plants and industrial environments.
