Job summary

Marlabs Inc. is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to define the end-to-end technical architecture for document intelligence, AI-driven decisioning, workflow management, and enterprise integrations.

You will translate business capabilities into scalable designs, guide engineering teams on patterns, and ensure performance, security, and reliability across clouds (Azure/AWS) and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
• Experience with APIs, integration frameworks and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of AI, document processing and workflow orchestration.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture across AI, workflow, integration, analytics, and cloud.
• Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Guide engineering teams on architecture standards and patterns.
• Review designs, data models, APIs, and integration strategies.
• Support backlog refinement and technical decomposition.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and operations alignment.

As a Solution Architect, you will define the overall technical architecture supporting document intelligence, AI-driven decisioning, workflow management, and enterprise integrations. You will translate business capabilities into scalable technical solutions and ensure consistency across AI, data, application, integration, and security domains.

Solution Architect | Day-to-Day

• Define end-to-end solution architecture spanning AI, workflow, integration, analytics, database, and cloud platforms.
• Partner with business and product stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solution designs.
• Guide engineering teams on architecture standards, design patterns, and implementation approaches.
• Review technical designs, data models, API contracts, and integration strategies.
• Support backlog refinement and technical decomposition activities.
• Ensure solutions align with performance, scalability, security, and operational requirements.

Solution Architect | Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in enterprise application architecture, APIs, integration frameworks, and cloud platforms.
• Experience supporting AI, document processing, workflow orchestration, and analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
