Job Summary

The Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-level solutions across multiple domains, including .NET Core, Python, PySpark, OLAP, OLTP, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake). This role requires a deep understanding of microservices architecture, containerization, tenant release management, and DevOps practices. You will also lead customer onboarding efforts, manage RFP/RFI processes, and oversee a Center of Excellence (COE) focused on R&D and innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance cloud solutions using .NET Core, Python, PySpark, and other relevant technologies.
• Data Architecture: Develop and optimize OLAP and OLTP systems, leveraging SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake to ensure efficient data management and processing.
• Cloud Strategy & Implementation: Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, and GCP with a focus on performance, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Microservices & Containerization: Design and implement microservices architecture with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), including tenant release management strategies.
• Deployment Strategy & DevOps: Develop and oversee deployment strategies that integrate CI/CD pipelines, automating and optimizing the software delivery process.
• Performance & Cost Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance cloud performance and cost-effectiveness, implementing best practices for resource utilization and cost management.
• Scalability: Ensure that all solutions are designed with scalability in mind, allowing for seamless growth and adaptation to changing business needs.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Provide expert-level problem-solving for complex technical challenges, ensuring robust and innovative solutions.
• Leadership: Lead and mentor the technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Customer Onboarding & RFP/RFI Management: Oversee customer onboarding processes, including the management of RFPs/RFIs, technical assessments, and solution presentations.
• COE Management: Lead the Center of Excellence (COE), driving research, development, and innovation to maintain a competitive edge in technology solutions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to align technical solutions with business objectives and ensure successful project delivery.
• Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, best practices, and project outcomes.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

10+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with a focus on cloud-based solutions. Extensive experience with .NET Core, Python, PySpark, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake databases. Proven expertise in microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and tenant release management. Deep knowledge of deployment strategies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience in cloud performance and cost optimization, with a track record of implementing scalable solutions. Strong background in customer onboarding, RFP/RFI management, and leading a COE focused on R&D and innovations.
