Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Solution Analyst to handle CCR, data analytics, and financial reporting for consumer banking. You will manage trade confirmations, reconcile trade data, and support post-trade processes in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment.

Role focuses on OTC energy derivatives, reconciliation, and collaboration with offshore teams to drive process improvements while adhering to risk controls and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• MBA or Master’s in Business Analytics is a plus.
• Strong skills in CCR, data analytics and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Understand trader recaps for OTC physical/financial products.
• Review, confirm, administer, and store trade confirmations.
• Reconcile errors with traders and suppliers promptly.
• Prepare documents for execution and run bi-monthly reports.
• Maintain client contracts/files with key details in the database.
• Show familiarity with energy derivatives and clearing mechanisms.
• Identify workflow improvements with operations teams.

Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Facebook.**Job Description**In this role, the shortlisted candidate will be responsible to perform the following:* Understanding of Trader trade recap (OTC Physical and OTC Financial) for all products (Gas, Power, Oil, Sustainability)* Review, confirm, administer, track, and store all Supplier/Client Trade Confirmations and Notifications on a timely basis.* Reconcile all errors found on TC with Trader and supplier.* Prepare and send documents for execution.* Run twice-monthly reports to identify any missing transaction confirmations.
