Job summary

jaivel is seeking a Specialist - Design (Mechanical) to join a fast-paced, high-performance design team. You will perform critical tasks, develop detailed parts and assemblies, and ensure customer satisfaction with a great product.

The role demands hands-on work across mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics and automation with emphasis on manufacturability and quality. You will collaborate with manufacturing, perform stress/FEA validations, and contribute to lean initiatives while meeting project

Qualifications

• 4+ years of total working experience in related domain.
• SolidWorks knowledge and engineering design principles.
• Full design cycle experience for large, complex assemblies.
• Experience in mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation design.
• IoT sensors integration experience.
• Knowledge of GD&T, fits, tolerances, materials, processes.
• Understanding of ISO9001/AS9100 quality standards.
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge.
• Ability to identify risks and mitigation.
• Good English communication and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver tasks on-time and within budget.
• Evaluate progress and adjust course as needed.
• Detail part and assembly designs with stress/FEA.
• Optimize for manufacturability, cost, weight.
• Produce detailed manufacturing drawings and docs.
