Job summary

Electrolab India Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a Software Testing Engineer to ensure quality across the full software lifecycle.

You will design, execute and review manual test cases based on requirements, perform functional, regression, integration and system tests, verify hardware-software interfaces, and document defects and test reports to support release readiness.

Collaborate with software and hardware teams to resolve issues and ensure robust product quality before release.

• Validate instrument features such as sensors, motors, heaters, pumps, displays, keypads, alarms, and communication interfaces.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using a bug-tracking tool.
• Verify defect fixes and perform regression testing.
• Prepare test reports, test documentation, and release-related documents.
• Collaborate with software developers, hardware engineers, and product teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure software quality before product release.
