Job summary

HARMAN is seeking a Test Manager in Bengaluru to lead test activities across automotive domains, focusing on planning, budgeting and delivery.

You will build and maintain quality test infra, manage teams and suppliers, control schedules, and ensure adherence to testing standards. Strong communication and 9+ years in automotive testing are required, with 2+ in test management. This role offers flexible work options and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of experience in automotive and at least 2 years in test management.
• Preferred knowledge of test functions in automotive/embedded systems.
• Knowledge of testing quality standards.
• Preferred telematics connectivity ECU knowledge.
• Strong English writing, documentation, and conversation skills.
• Ability to quickly ramp up on the entire system testing perspective.

About The Role
