Your role

Is the Software Engineer responsible for delivering Test Engineering activities across the Markets Regulation portfolio of projects.

• able to analyze applications thoroughly & demonstrate strong Test Engineering skills to drive quality software delivery

Your team

You’ll be working within the Digital Operation Stream, responsible for delivering regulation trade reporting and order recordkeeping capabilities for the IB. This is a global team of experts, providing new technology, best in class solutions.

Your expertise

• 9 to 12 years of experience in API and backend systems automation
• strong in Java programming and hands-on experience on Java 8 and above features
• good Experience automation with Java
• good Experience with UNIX
• experience in Selenium, Playwright UI automation
• working experience with CUCUMBER, TestNG and other automation framework design
• full understanding of SDLC, Test and Defect Lifecycle
• working experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Quality Centre)
• supports achieving CI / CD goals where automation can be integrated with build pipeline(s)
• experience with performance testing using jmeter, Performance Center will be plus
• experience in cloud testing and automation will be plus
• experience in Banking & Financial Markets
• testing Experience with Hadoop/Big data will be plus
• hand on experience with Python scripting will be plus
• works as functional domain expert for the application under test within the scrum and collaborating with extended teams across Hybrid Pod(s)
• hands on experience with test planning and defining test strategy for the changes.
• effective leadership skills to drive quality test deliverables as per delivery commitments.
