Job summary

Worldpay India Pte Ltd in Pune is seeking a Testing Analyst to join the EFE, Billing and Funding and Payment Processing teams. You will automate testing processes, create regression scripts, design test plans, and report defects with actionable recommendations.

You will participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with devs and QA across locations to deliver quality software. The role emphasizes SDLC/STLC expertise, strong SQL and automation skills, and experience with Jira/Rally/Jenkins/Git,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in software testing with a focus on functional testing and test documentation.
• Automation, SQL skills, with the ability to use SQL to query and manipulate data for analysis and testing for at least 3 years.
• Experience with API testing tools and technologies such as Swagger and Postman.
• Familiarity with Agile ceremonies and collaboration across distributed teams.

What you'll own

• Automating testing processes

What you bring

3-5 years of experience in software testing with a focus on functional testing and highly skilled experience in Functional Test approach and Test documentation.

Must have

• Automation, SQL skills, with the ability to use SQL to query and manipulate data for analysis and testing for at least 3 years.

Good to have

• Knowledge in SOAP API, REST API, for automation testing.
• Working knowledge of API technologies, including the use of Swagger & Postman.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical and non-technical issues.
• Good problem-solving skills, commitment to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
• Must be a self-starter, personable, approachable and willing to think outside the box looking for opportunities to streamline processes.
