Software Project Lead & BSW Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Creation of SW requirements for software components on the central ECU and agreement of SW requirements with suppliers.
• Request and planning for feature release plan and alignment with the integration plan with suppliers.
• Monitor the feature release plan and use escalation management when needed.
• Monitor progress and resolve any issues or roadblocks regarding dependencies to integrate on the central ECU.
• Monitor the resource consumption for respective sensor SWCs on the ADAS ECU and challenge suppliers when needed.
• Responsible for defect tickets/error tickets for all topics related to the SWCs.
• Preparation of SWC changes in the T-CCB and participation.
• Deviation approvals for requirements that have not been implemented; regular sync up with function owners/stakeholders (internal as well).
• Stakeholder management with brands (VW, Audi, etc.).
• Ensure the testing of the sensor and its respective SWCs on the central ECU.
• Handling of customer/supplier meetings or stakeholder management.
• System ownership for base software stacks relevant on the AUTOSAR platform.
• Knowledge of ADAS concepts including various sensor sets such as lidar, radar, ultrasonic sensors, camera systems.
• Hands‑on experience on failure management for ADAS ECUs.
• Concept phase alignment along with suppliers regarding AUTOSAR, interfaces, needed modules and release scheduling.
• Hands‑on experience on data flow within the base software stack in the AUTOSAR architecture.
