Software Quality Engineer II [T500-17881]
Located in Hyderabad, India, FedEx ACC India serves as a strategic technology division for FedEx that focuses on developing innovative solutions for our customers and team members across the globe. - Develop and execute software quality methods and processes, including tests, methods, and procedures to ensure continuous improvement in software quality assurance standards.
- Create, implement, and document software test plans using both automated and manual testing to verify products meet design specifications.
- Assist in transforming manual test documentation into automated test scripts.
- Present progress and results of automated testing efforts to relevant teams.
- Continuously improve testing productivity and efficiency using innovative tools and techniques.
- Apply test standards, procedures, and functional specifications for testing approaches.
- Maintain automated testing environments within a continuous integration setting.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience in API Testing (familiarity with Insomnia is a plus)
- Messaging interface testing (JMS / Kafka)
- Oracle PLSQL / SQL
- Experience with TestNG, Cucumber, Selenium, Bamboo, or similar tools
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Kubernetes (AKS or VM-based deployments)
- .NET Core, Java / Spring Boot, GitHub Actions; scripting (Groovy, Nagios), Miview, Messaging
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration, or equivalent formal training or work experience.
- At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in information technology or a business environment.
- An advanced degree related to the field may offset the experience requirement.
