Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of QA experience, with exposure to SDLC/STLC, manual and automation testing, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Knowledge of manual and automation testing concepts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and improve product quality.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Ensure software meets business requirements and user expectations.
• Participate in requirement analysis and review meetings.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test processes and results.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and deployment processes.
• Continuously improve QA methodologies and testing processes.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.

Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.

Knowledge of manual and automation testing concepts.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Experience with automation tools (Selenium or similar).

Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, etc.).

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Basic understanding of databases and SQL.

Strong documentation and reporting skills.
