Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a QA Automation Tester in India to perform automated and manual testing of web applications. The role involves collaboration across Waterfall and Agile projects with product owners, and proficiency in SDLC/STLC, defect life cycles, and test reporting.

You will implement BDD with Cucumber and Selenium to drive quality across releases. The position emphasizes testing across functional areas, including security, and requires strong SQL and scripting knowledge.

• Expertise in Automation and Manual testing of web applications
• Experience in Waterfall and Agile projects, worked very closely with product owners in Agile.
• Excellent knowledge and implementation skills in complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Test Life Cycle (STLC), Defect life Cycle Methodologies and Test process aspects such as developing test scenarios, test plans, test cases, test coverage, test summary reports
• Proficient in Java, Python and SQL.
• Expertise in developing BDD by using Gherkin language using Cucumber, Selenium tool, developed scenarios, scenario outlines, features, step definitions and generating cucumber reports
• Experience includes Unit Testing, Functional testing, Integration testing, System testing, Browser‑Compatibility testing and Security testing of client/server and web‑based applications

• Scripting (Powershell), SAP / other ERP COTS experience, hybrid cloud / on‑prem exposure
• Strong expertise in Automation and Manual testing of web applications.
• Exposure to SAP / other ERP COTS systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, and SQL for test automation and troubleshooting
