We are looking for an experienced Release Engineer to oversee the release lifecycle across our B2B and OMS product lines. You will serve as the central point of contact for development, product, QE, UX, CX teams, ensuring that our software shipping process is predictable, transparent, and collaborative. This is a strategic role focused on orchestrating complex release cycles, managing quality gates, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. You will be the "air traffic controller" for our releases, ensuring that organizational dependencies are managed and that stakeholders are informed and aligned on every milestone.
As our product ecosystem expands across B2B and OMS, the complexity of shipping software grows exponentially. This role provides the trust, visibility, and coordination required to get features to our customers safely. You will be the bridge that ensures our engineering velocity matches our product strategy without sacrificing quality. Ultimately, your work directly impacts our reliability and dictates how smoothly our entire organization delivers value.
