Primary Responsibilities:

• Work as a Full Stack Engineer/Tech Lead on an Agile Scrum team
• Work with Product Management and business stakeholders for Backlog refinement and planning
• Design and develop UI using modern front end frameworks
• Design and implement web services with security
• Design and implement database schema
• Design and development of well documented source code.
• Mentors Junior level and mid level engineers on coding style and coding best practices
• Solves complex technical problems independently

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science
• Hands‑on experience with standard DevOps tools: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Docker
• Proficient in handling software application development teams using modern technologies such as .NET Core, Azure, RESTful APIs, SQL, Angular/React, HTML, CSS, GitHub
• Proficiency and hands‑on experience using AI Builder, Azure OpenAI services, Python, and other AI/automation tools to enhance development workflows, analytics, and solution capabilities
• Proven ability to perform functional, regression, and system integration tests
• Proven solid analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Proven growth mindset, with willingness to adopt emerging AI technologies to improve engineering efficiency and product quality
