Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in India seeks a Chapter Lead to guide a ServiceNow squad of engineers in a fast-paced, agile setting. You will balance hands-on development with architecture work and stakeholder collaboration to deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.

You will mentor junior engineers, drive Scrum ceremonies, and work with Product Owners, QA, and architects to ensure on-time value delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering and solution architecture experience.
• 2+ years in line management experience.
• Expertise in Frontend and Backend on ServiceNow Portal and SN technology.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow table structures and standard features.

Responsibilities

• Lead a handson squad of ServiceNow engineers and analysts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and work with Product Owner and Scrum Master.
• Drive architectural decisions and implement scalable solutions across modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
• Mentor team members and coordinate with stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

• Being a handson playercoach with very strong ServiceNow technical and architectural chops

YOU BRING EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• 10 years relevant engineering and solution architecture experience
• 2 years in line management experience
• Expertise in Frontend and Backend both on Service Now Portal SN technology
• Well versed with SN table structure as well as SN standard features
• Experiencing integrating APIs is a plus
• ReactJS experience customizing User Interfaces is a big plus
• ETL and ServiceNow data replication experience
• Expertise in Agile principles and ways of working
• Ability to work well with business stakeholders users and technical team members
• Architectural mindset
• Highly organized proactive with a clear sense of ownership and responsibility
• Ability to influence others in a matrixed environment
• A outstanding aptitude for learning new technologies and systems
