Trintech Solutions Private Limited (India) is seeking a seasoned architect to own the technical architecture of their Agent Stream platform. This role requires over 12 years of software engineering experience, focusing on large-scale distributed systems and proven cloud-native practices.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with technical leads and platform architects, ensuring robust architecture and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker is essential.
Trintech is the leader in AI Financial Close Management, helping finance and accounting teams transform the way they work by eliminating manual burdens, strengthening controls, and empowering strategic decision‑making.
Primary Gate: 12+ years in software engineering with depth in large‑scale distributed systems. Evaluation focuses on engineering reasoning, design choice explanations, and understanding of failure modes and scalability trade‑offs.
Owner of all Agent Stream architecture end‑to‑end: component boundaries, data contracts, and service‑level design at both high and low levels.
Cloud‑Native & Infrastructure Production experience on at least one public cloud (Azure preferred), including Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous release practices. Experience sequencing on‑prem to cloud migrations.
Security & Identity: OAuth 2.0 and IAM production experience; production proficiency in authentication flows, token management, and identity propagation. Defence‑in‑depth awareness to avoid security gaps.
API, Event & Data Design: API design and OpenAPI contracts; event emission design for structured downstream consumption covering observability, audit, and metering. Multi‑tenant patterns: tenant isolation, scoped data access, per‑tenant configuration. PostgreSQL at production scale: schema design, query optimisation, and data modelling.
Code Quality & Standards: Define well‑structured, testable, and observable code foundations; review critical code, identify systemic quality issues, set engineering bar.
Workflow orchestration: Temporal or equivalent event‑driven patterns; design agents integrating correctly with platform workflow layer.
Observability: trace standards, structured logging, Langfuse.
End‑to‑end ownership of the technical architecture layer on a live enterprise financial platform; deep hands‑on experience in distributed systems, cloud‑native engineering, and event‑driven architecture in production; exposure to building AI agent infrastructure in a SOX‑governed environment; close collaboration with engineering managers, tech leads, and platform architects in a fast‑moving, squad‑based delivery model.
