Job summary

EPAM Systems in Pune, India is seeking a hands-on Intelligent Automation Developer to join a cross-functional team delivering a Proof of Concept focused on end-to-end automation. You will design and implement automation workflows using UiPath Studio, Maestro, and Orchestrator, and you will configure orchestration and state management to scale toward production.

The role requires 3–5 years of UiPath development experience, familiarity with Maestro BPMN-style thinking, and knowledge of API

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on UiPath development experience (Studio and Orchestrator).
• Experience with Maestro workflow orchestration and BPMN-like thinking.
• Knowledge of integrating APIs, web services, and enterprise systems.
• Exposure to AI/LLM-driven automation patterns and document understanding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation workflows using UiPath (Studio, Maestro, Orchestrator).
• Build end-to-end process automations combining RPA bots, API/service integrations, and AI/LLM-driven components.
• Configure process orchestration and state management using Maestro or equivalent workflow layer.
• Integrate with external systems such as SAP, APIs, and internal services.
• Implement human-in-the-loop steps where required, including validation, approvals, and exception handling.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to iterate rapidly during POC.
• Support testing, deployments, and demo readiness.
• Document workflows, logic, and architecture to enable future scaling into production.
