Job summary

ANSR MedTech Capability Center in Bengaluru, India, is building global cloud‑native platforms for next‑generation healthcare software. You will contribute to designing, building, and delivering cloud services that support medical devices, analytics, and partner integrations across scales.

The role focuses on cloud engineering fundamentals, data systems, and AI‑aware development practices, with opportunities to work on APIs, microservices, and event‑driven architectures in a fast‑growing GCC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 3–5 years of software development experience.

About the Role:

As a Software Engineer – Data Cloud, you will work as part of a high-performing engineering team building cloud-native services that support medical devices, mobile applications, partner integrations, and analytics platforms. In this role, you will contribute to building scalable services while developing strong fundamentals in cloud engineering, data systems, and AI-aware development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-based software components
• Contribute to APIs, microservices, and data pipeline development
• Partner with senior engineers to build scalable and reliable systems
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features
• Follow best practices in code quality, documentation, and security
• Support development of event-driven and real-time systems
• Develop familiarity with AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC)
• Build awareness of agent-based systems and MCP integrations
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve coding and productivity
• Learn to build observable, performant, and scalable systems
• Contribute to systems processing telemetry and real-time data
• Support data validation and basic transformations
• Learn streaming concepts such as Kafka and event-driven systems
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability

Technical Expectations:

• Understanding of cloud computing (AWS preferred)
• Programming skills in Java or similar
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and Git
• Basic CI/CD and Agile knowledge
• Interest in distributed systems and observability
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 3-5 years of software development experience
• Relevant experience including internships or academic projects
