Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer (React + Node.js) to join our dynamic remote development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and user experience. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js for the front-end and Node.js/Express.js for the back-end.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.

• Design RESTful APIs and integrate with various third-party services and databases.

• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment processes.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development trends to continuously improve the product.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or Software Engineer with expertise in React and Node.js.

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.

• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.

Experience

• Flexible working schedule with core collaboration hours between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST).
