Job summary

Resulticks is seeking a proficient Software Engineer Python Backend Developer to own features, design scalable backend systems, and contribute to architectural decisions. Independent delivery of high‑quality solutions is expected.

You will work across teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, conduct code reviews, and optimize performance while embracing modern Python frameworks and AI‑assisted development tools.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Python Backend Developer or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and industry-standard frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.)
• Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
• Solid knowledge of REST API design, HTTP protocols, and microservices concepts
• Experience with ORM technologies (SQLAlchemy, Django ORM)
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and basic DevOps practices
• Experience with caching mechanisms and optimization techniques
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Hands‑on experience with AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Vibe Coding, etc.) to enhance coding efficiency and quality
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts, with the ability to contextually map requirements, create effective prompts, generate code, and integrate LLMs and AI services into modern application workflows
