Job summary

Arista Networks in Pune, India is seeking a Software Engineer with 6–10 years of hands-on experience to deliver new product features in a data-center networking context.

You will work across the full development lifecycle, collaborating with hardware and software teams to design, implement, test, and document features for forwarding ASICs, FPGAs, and Network Processors, while maintaining high-quality software architectures and strong communication within the team.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years hands-on experience in a product-engineering environment.
• Strong engineering and Computer Science fundamentals.
• Extensive background in algorithms and strong software architecture skills.
• Fluency in C/C++/Python programming.
• Experience with forwarding ASICs, FPGAs, Network Processors.
• Datapath forwarding for ACLs, QoS, Unicast, Multicast, EVPN MPLS, VXLAN, OAM.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
