Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle--from concept to deployment--for React and .NET Core applications.
• Design, develop, and implement responsive and efficient web applications using React and .NET Core.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and backend developers) to define and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Ensure technical feasibility and effective implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Integrate and manage cloud deployment solutions using Azure services.
• Maintain code quality through strong organization, automation, and support for continuous integration and delivery.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation to meet business requirements and ensure reliability and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to enhance performance and security.
• Document development phases and monitor systems to ensure reliability and security.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the React, .NET, and Azure skill cluster.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends related to React, .NET Core, and Azure.

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in .NET and .NET Core for building scalable backend services and APIs.
