Job summary

Goavega Software India seeks an experienced .NET Developer to join our team in Bengaluru. You will work in an Agile environment with Developers, Testers, and Product Owners, owning features from design through delivery while mentoring juniors and guiding technical direction.

You will design and develop hands-on within a cross-functional team, participate in PI planning, break down stories, and help ensure reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experienced .NET developer in Agile teams delivering software end to end.
• Proficient in translating designs into reliable, testable code.
• Strong understanding of API design, containers, and CI/CD practices.

We're looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join our team in developing innovative software solutions for commercial projects. You'll work within a fast-paced Agile environment alongside Developers, Testers, and Product Owners taking ownership of features from design through delivery, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the team's technical direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop software solutions hands-on within a self-organising, cross-functional Agile team.
• Actively participate in Program Increment (PI) planning, backlog refinement, and user story estimation.
• Break down user stories (technical and functional) into clear coding tasks.
• Translate designs into working, reliable solutions.
• Proactively help resolve production issues and contribute to release management.
• Mentor and coach junior/mid-level team members.
• Stay aware of industry standards and emerging shifts in technology.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients where applicable.
• Build deep expertise in specific technologies and take ownership of a specialist area.
• Act as a go-to expert within your specialism and contribute to technical strategy.
