Position Title – Software Engineer

Overview

The Software Engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet business and client needs. This position requires strong technical expertise in Java-based technologies, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coding, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement, ensuring that applications are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code based on user stories and technical specifications.
• Prepare and execute comprehensive unit test plans to ensure robust functionality.
• Participate actively in peer code reviews to maintain coding standards and improve overall quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the software development lifecycle.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands‑on coding experience in enterprise‑level applications.
• Strong coding experience in:

Preferred Skills

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub Actions).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
