Job summary

A leading financial services firm in Hyderabad is seeking a Java full stack engineer to develop applications and support backend services using Java and Angular within an Agile framework. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience and a strong understanding of both backend and frontend technologies. The Impact You Will Have In This Role

The Development family is responsible for creating, designing, deploying, and supporting applications, programs, and software solutions. May include research, new development, prototyping, modification, reuse, re‑engineering, maintenance, or any other activities related to software products used internally or externally on product platforms supported by the firm. The software development process requires in-depth subject matter expertise in existing and emerging development methodologies, tools, and programming languages. Software Developers work closely with business partners and / or external clients in defining requirements and implementing solutions. The Software Engineering role specializes in planning, documenting technical requirements, designing, developing, and testing all software systems and applications for the firm. Works closely with architects, product managers, project management, and end‑users in the development and enhancement of existing software systems and applications, proposing and recommending solutions that solve complex business problems.

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• We are looking for Java full stack engineer to work on Java backend services, batch applications, and Angular based UI within an Agile delivery Model. The role offers hands‑on exposure to enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and modern development practices while working closely with senior developers.

Talents Needed For Success

• Develop and maintain Java backend risk applications using spring/spring boot.
• Build and enhance Angular front‑end component and integrate with rest APIs.
• Support and enhance batch applications, including job execution and monitoring.
• Write code with Oracle and snowflake databases.
• Assist with application deployment and support on AWS
• Use Unix/Linux command and shell scripting for batch and automation.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies ( stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Follow SDLC best practices including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
• Use Git for source control, branching, and code reviews.
