Job summary

TekWissen, Chennai-based, is seeking a seasoned SAP S/4 MM Senior Consultant for Indirect Purchasing. You will design, configure, and support S/4 HANA-based procurement solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, category managers, finance, and IT teams.

The role requires 4+ years in IT with SAP MM, ABAP, and materials management, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree. This is a hybrid position with 4 days in the office, offering challenging projects and growth in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT experience with SAP MM and S/4 HANA procurement.
• Experience in Indirect Procurement processes and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders across finance, IT to support procurement processes.
• Act as L2/L3 support for PR/PO issues via Ariba/CIG to S/4 HANA.

Position Description:

• Looking for a seasoned SAP MM professional with strong hands-on experience in Indirect Procurement processes, S/4 HANA implementations, and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations.
• He/She will work closely with business stakeholders, category managers, finance, and IT teams to design, configure, implement, and support SAP S/4 HANA-based procurement solutions.

Additional Information :

• Ariba-CIG-S/4 Support Act as L2/L3 support for PR/PO issues flowing from Ariba to S/4 HANA via CIG, ensuring smooth end-to-end transaction processing.
• Integration Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve integration failures including CIG message errors, mapping mismatches, payload failures, and transaction reprocessing.
• PR/PO Sync Issues Fix issues where PRs/POs fail to transfer, create duplicates, or carry incorrect data (pricing, account assignment, tax codes, delivery dates) into S/4.
• Master Data Alignment Troubleshoot master data mismatches (vendors, materials, commodity codes, UoM) between Ariba and S/4 that cause integration failures.
• S/4 Posting Errors Resolve S/4 side errors for inbound PR/PO data including account determination, release strategies, document type failures, and FI integration. CIG Monitoring
• Monitor message queues, reprocess failed transactions, and perform RCA for recurring failures.
• Ticket Management Manage incidents within agreed SLAs with clear RCA documentation. C
• hange Support Support minor enhancements, mapping updates, and config changes across Ariba/CIG/S/4 with regression testing.
