A leading customer experience software company is looking for a Software Engineer in Test II to ensure quality and performance for their SaaS platform. Responsibilities include designing and executing test strategies, creating automated tests, and supporting engineering teams. You should have over 4 years of experience in testing, fluency in scripting languages, and excellent communication skills. The role offers a hybrid work environment in Maharashtra.
As a Software Engineer in Test II, you will be a vital member of our growing Core Services Quality Engineering team, dedicated to ensuring the highest quality and performance standards for our core SaaS platform and new features. We are looking for a highly motivated engineer who is ready to take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automated test suites, along with driving global cross functional initiatives. We are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions to our global customers by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and technical excellence.
Please note that Zendesk can only hire candidates who are physically located and plan to work from Karnataka or Maharashtra. Please refer to the location posted on the requisition for where this role is based.
Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in‑office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
