Job Responsibilities

• Work on innovative products for on‑prem and SaaS offerings and champion testing of selected features.
• Collaborate with engineers during feature design to develop end‑to‑end test approaches and plans.
• Build and execute test plans, run manual and automated test cases, and iterate as needed.
• Analyze failures, log defects, and coordinate resolution with developers, documentation, and other teams.
• Automate test cases and supervise continuous‑integration environments.
• Mentor team members and influence other business units.

Qualifications

• BCS or MCS plus 5‑12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience testing systems products (storage, networking, virtualization, etc.).
• High bar for product quality and strong QA methodology knowledge.
• Creative, self‑motivated with willingness to learn new technology.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Linux, Shell scripting, and programming in Go or Python.
• Experience with hypervisors (ESXi, HyperV, KVM) and distributed systems.
• Strong test‑planning skills and experience in Data Protection, Filesystem, Cloud, SaaS, and Platform.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Capable of taking varied roles in a startup environment.
