OpenGov in Pune seeks a Software Engineer III to build SaaS solutions for government agencies, delivering features in a fast-paced, agile setting.

The role requires 6–9 years in software development and proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS; GraphQL, Kafka, and AI-driven UX experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS is required
• Good to have Drizzle (ORM)
• Good to have knowledge of Kafka along with RDBMS preferably PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in data structures, database concepts and algorithms is required
• Proficiency in observability concepts is required
• Proficiency in GraphQL APIs is required
• Experience in building software using event-driven architecture is highly desirable

• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, advocating for their adoption where appropriate.

As a Software Engineer III at OpenGov, you’ll build best-in-class SaaS solutions that

enable efficiency, transparency, and accountability within government agencies. As

a crucial member of our engineering team, you’ll lead and deliver new features and

improvements in a fast-paced, agile environment, utilizing modern technologies

such as ReactJS, Typescript, GraphQL, and NodeJS.
