Software Engineer II (Bangalore)

Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using Java Spring Boot, React.js, and Android.

• Architect end-to-end solutions, integrating front-end, back-end, and data layers (SQL/NoSQL).
• Own Android features from UI to data — build polished interfaces in Jetpack Compose, business logic in Kotlin, and local storage with Room.
• Modernize legacy Android code by migrating Java modules to idiomatic Kotlin and introducing clean architecture (MVVM/MVI, Hilt, coroutines, Flow).
• Drive best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and agile development.
• Mentor and coach developers, conduct code reviews, and guide technical growth.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, DevOps, and QA to align on requirements and execution plans.
• Establish and enforce development standards, design patterns, and architectural principles.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and lead efforts for optimization and refactoring.
• Oversee estimation, sprint planning, and technical task breakdown.
• Provide thought leadership and evaluate emerging technologies for team adoption.
